Terms & Conditions
This agreement governs the business relationship between Oval Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and its clients for all services provided. By hiring Oval Infotech, you agree that all services offered, including image editing, video editing, floor plan design, and related enhancements, are subject to these terms.
Personal Information
Personal information submitted through our website or communication channels is used only for its intended purpose or related secondary purposes and may be stored securely for record-keeping and backup.
Project Requirements
Oval Infotech commits to making reasonable efforts to understand and fulfill your project requirements based on the information you provide at the start of the project. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to complete the project as per agreed specifications.
Revisions & Rework
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, you may request a revision or rework, which will be considered at the discretion of Oval Infotech. Any additional requests or changes beyond the originally agreed scope may result in extra charges.
Content Modification
Oval Infotech reserves the right to modify supplied images, videos, or content to suit the selected service category or initial project instructions. In rare cases where a project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, Oval Infotech may issue a refund within a specified time frame, at its discretion.
Liability Limitations
Oval Infotech does not guarantee that the delivered content will be free from interpretation as misleading or incorrect by third parties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, savings, or business opportunities, resulting from the use of our services or delivered content.
Oval Infotech is not responsible for how the final output is used by the client and shall not be held liable for consequences arising from its usage.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and in effect.
